calmodulin
isoform 1
the main isoform, and the only isoform found in most species
Homo sapiens
(human)
biochemical evidence of interaction with IQGAP1:
  • Affinity chromatography demonstrates that IQGAP1 binds to calmodulin-Sepharose in a calcium-dependent manner. IQGAP1 co-immunoprecipitates with calmodulin from malignant human breast epithelial cells.
